What can Humber do to enhance its existing educational programming (inside and outside the classroom) for non-Indigenous learners as it relates to Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing (IWBKD)?

What can Humber do to enhance programming and services for Indigenous employees?
Some thoughts to consider:
Access to knowledge keepers and elders, professional development experiences, employee resource groups, etc.
Expectations to provide Indigenous student support, education for non-Indigenous faculty and staff, hosting of Indigenous events, land acknowledgements, etc.
