Benefits of this survey: You will be helping the Spirituality & Wellness Centre (SWC) ensure future programs and resources offered are inclusive, engaging and support the success of students at Humber.

Students that complete the survey will have the option to be entered in a draw for a chance to win one $100 gift card. Winners will be contacted via email. Personal information provided for the prize draw is not connected to your survey responses and can not be used to identify your survey responses in any way.
